Collection in Person: Keys is open for collection of purchased lots as advertisied in details of each auction. Collections after the published times requires an advance appointment.

Postage & Packing: We have our own limited "in-house" packing service for small items (excluding artworks, paintings, fragile goods - please see individual sale notes for further details).  Most items are sent by DPD (unless suitable for sending by Special Delivery) fully-tracked 48 hour service, we undertake to post items within ten days of receiving request. We are happy to quote prior to bidding on specific lots, please call or email for further information.

Please note this is an offsite timed sale located in norwich. Viewing is avaliable by appointment only on Thursday 6th July 11.00-13.00. The sale finishes on tuesday 11th July at 15.00. Payment must be made within 48 hours. With all lots collected on Thursday 13th and Friday 14 july between 10.00-16.00 strictly by appointment only. Access to the lots is restricted and most lots will require lifting/carrying to the front of the property. 

Any Lots remaning uncollected after 14.00 on friday 14th July will incur a £150 lift out charge and be recovered back to Keys Auctioneers site. 

Please note: There is no postage available for this sale.

Payments must be made strictly within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to charge your registered card if payment is not received within these terms.

Lots still on-site after 7 days will be subject to storage fees of £5.00 + VAT per lot, per day. These must be settled before lots can be released.

If the hammer price is reached in these fees, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and any paid monies will be absorbed in administration and storage fees.
